This mod fixes various small but certain bugs in Civilization VI.
This mod was created based on the Gathering Storm expansion pack.

 

< Patch Note >

1. Special Districts

# Fixed a bug where the city combat Strength did not increase even if a Preservation Special District was built.
- Preservation Districts now provide +2 Combat Strength when completed, just like other specialty districts.

# Fixed an issue where some unique Special Districts did not provide adjacent bonuses to each other.
- The adjacency bonus between special districts can be received from other civilizations' special districts, but some unique special districts were missing this effect.

Ex) Theater District receives a +2 adjacency bonus from other civilizations' entertainment complexes. In original game, Suguva (replaces Commercial Hub) also receive adjacency bonus from Lavra (replaces Holy site), and both are Unique special districts.

- The following unique special districts can now receive adjacency bonuses from each other >>
Hansa: Bath, Suguva
Acropolis: Street Carnival, Copacabana, Hippodrome
 

# Fixed an issue where some unique Special Districts did not provide adjacent bonuses to some improvements.

- Similar as above. Now Mission, Pairidaeza, Nubian pyramid, Terrace farm, Golf course can receive adjacent bonuses from other unique Districts.


# Fixed an issue where Pamukkale did not provide amenity even when adjacent to Street Carnival and Hippodrome.
Additionally, even if you do not own Pamukkale as a city tile, you can now receive Amenity from it if it is adjacent to an entertainment complex.

 

# Fixed an issue where the Batey improvement did not receive an adjacent bonus from Street Carnival or Hippodrome District.
# Fixed an issue where the Mahavihara improvement did not receive an adjacent bonus from the Seowon Special District.


# Fixed an issue where the Seowon or Observatory adjacent effects were applied to other civilizations.
- Previously, other civilizations could also receive bonus effects by building farms or mines adjacent to Seowon, but since this is a unique ability of the Korean civilization, other civilizations cannot receive the effects anymore. (Korean ability " Three Kingdoms": Mines receive +1 Science for every adjacent Seowon district. Farms receive +1 Food for every adjacent Seowon district.)
- Likewise, civilizations other than Maya can no longer receive production bonuses from farms adjacent to observatories.

# Fixed an issue where the Ikanda of Zulu did not receive gold and science bonuses in conquered cities.
- You can now receive gold and science bonuses from Ikanda even in conquered cities.
However, due to the limitations of modding, this does not apply to conquered Free cities or cities that join with loyalty.


2. Policy

# Fixed some policy effects to match the in-game description.
- Fixed the reduction in war weariness of the fascist government trait from 20% to 15%.
- Fixed the increase in concert tourism of the Dark Age card 'Flower power' from 50% to 100%.
- Fixed the increase in experience of the military policy 'After Action Reports' from 50% to 25%.
- Fixed the issue where the effect of the military policy 'War of Religion' was applied to the Inquisitor. (Should only be applied to non-religious units)
- Fixed the issue where the effect of the military policy 'Strategic air force' was not applied to modern and atomic air units.


3. Unit Effect

# Fixed the issue where the Sumerian War-cart was not affected by the Matterhorn and Twilight Valor effects.

# Fixed the issue where the Warakak and Ranger, both of the scout types, were recognized as ranged types.
- No longer affected by effects that apply to ranged units, such as the -17 effect against special districts.
- Other recon units like Skirmisher, Spec Ops are not recognized as ranged types in original game.

# Fixed the issue where the Immortal, a melee type, was recognized as ranged types. 

# Fixed an issue where the ranged cavalry units were not receiving XP bonuses from the Stable, Armory, and Military Academy.

 

# Fixed an issue where the Basilikoi Paides gives XP bonus to siege units.

 

# Fixed an issue related to the Mongolian trait.
- Mongols can now capture Sumerian War-cart.
- Ranged cavalry captured by Mongol can now capture other cavalry units.

# Fixed an issue where air units were not receiving the effects of the policy 'Cyber Warfare' and Byzantine Taxis traits.
 
# Fixed an issue where Naval Carriers were not receiving certain effects.
- Fascism, Finest hour, Digital Democracy, Global coalition, Cyber Warfare, Mapuche Toki Trait, Hungarian Raven King Trait, Mayan Mutal Trait, Byzantine Taxis Trait, Wolin City-State Trait.

# Fixed an issue where the Great Engineer and Great Prophet were not classified as civilian class, and were not receiving some effects.
Ex. Increased movement speed when embarking (Maori), increased movement speed in rainforest/forest/marsh (Vietnam), etc.

# Fixed an issue where the Warrior Monk and Nihang were not receiving policy/civilization/leader trait effects, etc.
- Now, the warrior monk and Nihang can receive most of the policy, civilization trait, and leader trait effects:
ex) Twilight Valor, Fascism, Finest hour effects, etc.
ex2) Gorgo trait (increases combat strength by the amount of military policy cards), Tomyris trait (heals when killing a unit), etc.

# Fixed an issue where the Warrior Monk and Nihang were not receiving Great General/Commander effects.

# Nihang is no longer recognized as a melee class.


4. Promotion

# Ranged promotion 'Arrow Storm' : +7 Ranged Strength vs. land and naval units.
- Fixed an issue that applied to special districts.

# Ranged promotion 'Emplacement' : +10 Combat Strength when defending vs. city attacks.
- Fixed the effect to be applied properly (previously the effect was not applied)

# Anti-cavalry promotion 'Echelon' : +5 Combat Strength vs. cavalry units.
- Now modified to apply to ranged cavalry units as well.


5. Great People

# Ibn Khaldun has been modified to increase the Amenity benefits by 40% as described.
- +2% > +4% in Happy City, +4% > +8% in Ecstatic City

# The issue where the effects of Great People that add production to buildings were not applied to conquered cities has been fixed.

- Hypatia, Newton, Einstein, James Watt, Da Vinci
- However, due to the limitations of modding, this does not apply to Free cities conquered or cities that join with Loyalty.


6. Other

# Now Nan Madol trait is not applied to Wonders.
# The Nubian Pyramid improvement can now provide Tourism from Culture after Flight Research.
# Fixed issue where the yields of some Great Works added in the Babylon Pack were different from the normal yields.
# The Maracanã Stadium now provides Culture only to the city where it was built, as described.
